How long will it take to complete my service?

After payment service times differ for each service. A consultation is also provided before your invoice is sent to pay. Following payment for the services(s), you will undergo a contract with TheBCBrand so that we can both agree on the dates for delivery. 

Do you require a full deposit to begin?

Full payment is required before we can start on your project. However, we do provide afterpay as a payment option at checkout. 

Cancellations & Refunds

You can make cancellations at any time through our email support@thebcbrand.com. We do not provide refunds. DO NOT SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST THROUGH OUR INVOICE METHOD. If you do submit a request through the invoice that was sent to you, you will no longer be able to undergo any more projects with BC. Please keep in mind that any payment/deposits made will not be refundable. 

Portfolio & Website Credit

We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and a website credit to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform me. There will need to be an NDA included before completing your project.

Copyright For Artwork

Graphic designs created at our studio are custom-created and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Note that we reserve the right to use stock images where necessary (when it comes to logo designs though, they are 100% custom and do not contain stock images). Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Beautifully Crafted rights if they are used elsewhere.

Revisions

You get up to three revisions (unless your package states otherwise) in all of our design services and anything after the third revision is an additional fee. If an exorbitant amount starts being requested, an additional $50 will apply. You will be notified if we start getting to this point. After designs are finalized a fee will applied if your designs still has errors and are needing to be reprinted. Please make sure to look over work before it is published.

Abandoned Projects

A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact me after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.

Contract With BC

By entering into a project with Beautifully Crafted, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. We post links to this page on our website, invoices and quotes issued, so you always have access to it.

Privacy Acknowledgement

All personal information regarding our customers and clients remain safe and secure. We want to acknowledge our Privacy Policy and ensure our customers that it will not be used for any other project other than the project at hand.
